National Relief Telecom's mission is to offer low-cost, discounted, or free telecommunication services to low-income communities and underserved markets and subscribers’ immediate families with income at or less than the federal poverty guidelines or participate in state or federal assistance programs like Public Housing Assistance, (SNAP), Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit, or Tribal Assistance Programs. Services are also offered to active-duty military veterans, first responders, law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, and immediate families.
 

Services are offered to subscribers, immediate families in underserved rural and tribal areas, and those affected by national natural disasters, pandemics, or epidemics. We provide telecom services to other telecom carriers or companies that offer the same service to the underserved market and subscriber type.
